Payment for counseling services is expected at the time of the visit. Counseling services can be paid by cash, check or credit card. There is a $20 fee for returned checks. I am currently a provider for Cigna and Corp Health insurance plans. I am in the process of applying to other insurance companies to become a provider. If I am not on your insurance panel as a provider, your insurance company may still reimburse you for your treatment through your out-of- network benefits. I will provide you with a receipt that can be sent to your insurance company for reimbursement.
